One theoretical concern I have heard is that if mom is sensitive to
wheat, she may have a problem as wheat germ oil is often a major
ingredient.
As for baby getting too much, if baby nurses or mom expresses
shortly after applying, and the nipples look shiny from the oil,
then maybe mom should rinse the nipples and GENTLY blot with a soft
cloth or cotton ball.  Otherwise, the amount baby would get would be
infinitesimal-most has already soaked into the skin.
