For what it is worth, I worked with a mom 2 years ago who had breast
reduction surgery.  She was seeing me for nipple tenderness and latch help.
We also had to work on over-supply issues.  She had a very abundant milk
supply and a thriving baby.  I do not know how long before that her surgery
had been.  She was still quite large breasted even after the surgery.
