This question is directed mainly at IBCLCs not resident in North
America.  Please would you respond privately re. how you manage
to meet the "CERPS" requirements.  Here in South Africa, we don't
have specialist lactation courses at the universities, as yet.
Did you need to augment the IBLCE syllabus to make it more
appropriate for practices in your country?  If so, could you tell
me about it.

Is anyone using the WHO/UNICEF 18, 40 and 80 hour courses?  Would
you please send some feedback re. how it is going.  Has change
been implemented and sustained in facilities after the courses
have been run?  Please redirect me if Lactnet is not the right
place for these questions.
