If the Brits have only one size, they might not understand the significance
of the question. In any case, they never asnwered so I am still in the dark
about the issues you raised, as well as my own!

Perhaps someone will sign on to LACTNET from the British Isles and we can
pose the question to him/her/them.  :-)

A couple of years ago, Chele Marmet told me and showed me the breast shells
that the Brits used in that study, and they truly were shells with much
larger openings then the shells we use here.  I don't know if she followed
up with the authors of the study, but someone who has time might ask her.
