Pamela,
I was wondering why you were asking about whether donor breast milk meets
the caloric needs of infants >3days. Is it because the people around
you are accustomed to using artificial infant formula and are doubtful that
donor human milk will do the job? Or is this about an infant with special
needs for a medical reason?

My thoughts are that, if the quantities of the donor milk are appropriate,
this shouldn't be an issue for a normal child. I hope this is reassuring.
