I know I'm a little behind the times but I've only just got a copy of our state's latest award for public hospital nurses
clause 4 (xii) (b) "Employees who are lactating shall be entitled to one paid break of 30 minutes per shift for the purpose of expressing their milk or breast feeding their child, and the employer shall provide access to suitable facilities for such purpose. "
