Sadly, the Academy of Breastfeeding Medicine still restricts its
conference attendence. Those who are not MD or" granted" membership are
unable to attend the first few days of the conference.You may attend the
final 2 days as a Health Team member but not the earlier sessions... if
all the information was presented both days this wouldn't be an issue but
when you are trying to get the best "bang" for your buck, this limitation
continues to prevent myself and others from committing our conference
dollars towards this offering. Too bad- I would like to add the ABM to my
conference choices but until the policy changes guess I'll just continue
to have to go elsewhere...bummer!
