>Also do fatter ladies have more toxins to disseminate than lean ones

My understanding is that the toxins stored in fat and in the liver just stay
there until that fat is mobilized. So if a breastfeeding mother is losing
weight fast, weight that she's had on her body for years, that has had a
chance to accumulate lots of toxins, then that might be a problem. But if
she is just eating to hunger and producing milk and not losing "old" fat,
then there is nothing to worry about. Also, if she is losing fat weight
that she put on during the pregnancy, then there is nothing to worry about,
unless she ate tons of contaminated foods during her pregnancy, in which
case the milk is probably not the number one concern!

P.S. If you poke around enough into the nutrition information available out
there -- both in books and on the internet, you conclude that NOTHING is
safe to eat. Fruits and vegetables have plenty of chemicals on them,
especially ones that come from other countries where the laws are laxer, and
where the US sent all the DDT when we decided we didn't want to use it any more.
