Yes, you're right. There should be. I work in a doctor's office. I overheard
another nurse tell a mom she needed to put the baby on a schedule and the
like. So I asked the LC if we had an office policy on scheduling feeds. She
said you know we don't. Tell me who you heard saying that. I hadn't wanted
to get involved. I was just hoping I'd get her to do an inservice. The LC
made me get involved. That's an comfortable position to be in. That's why
misinformation continues. No one wants to rock the boat.
