I made a mistake on the author of the article, they are  Stephen Graves 
and Wendy Wright, Ruth Harman and Susan Bailey. The citation is American 
Family Physician, vol 32 no 7 July 2003. title: Painful Nipples in 
Nursing Mothers: Fungal or Staphylococcal?
