I agree with Cathy that if there is a suspicious lump one
should have it checked out and that mammograms on lactating
women are hard to read but can pick up a lump that should
be investigated further. However, as Cathy and others
have said, mammograms while brestfeeding should not be used
as a baseline against which future mammograms will be
measured.
