No need to sacrifice breastfeeding on the altar of our ignorance.  The
amount that gets to the baby is very small, despite the large dose.  And
it's there for just a short while anyway.  The risks of not breastfeeding
are greater.  The problem with the pill though is that it may decrease the
milk supply.
