   While agreeing that finding cockroaches crawling out of pumps is a les than
pleasant thought in fact it should not effect the m ilk at all... Milk does
not enter the pump mechanism... milk goes from breast into bottle. the
cockraoches are in the workings of the pump but should not in any way
contaminate the milk.

   This may not help you sleep much better but it should aliviate some of your
concern.
