I guess I just don't understand the argument that someone giving a mom 
formula for a medically necessary reason, like the FTT 8 month old, would be 
prosecuted under this bill. The logical side of me just doesn't see how 
practicing good medicine is going to be prosecuted. The practical side of me 
doubts there will be any prosecution period. (I don't even think this bill 
will pass.)
