At a few minutes after noon today, Wisconsin Governor Tommy Thompson signed
into law Assembly Bill 154.  This bill exempts breast-feeding (sic) from
previous laws that outline what constitutes lewd behavior, or exposing
genitals to a child "for purposes of sexual arousal or sexual
gratification," which is a Class A misdemeanor.

This seems to me a very small step, but it took well over a year for this
change to make its way through the legislature.  I guess we have to keep
going one small step at a time.
