This was very interesting to read. I especially noticed that you recommend a SHORT note to the physician. I have been wondering if I am sending too much info to the physicians of my clients.

I want my reports to further knowledge of HCPs so that fewer moms will have difficulties. I figure that most of them do not know about treating tongue and lip tie etc. Do long reports bother physicians? Mine are 5-7 pages and very inclusive of everything I evaluated and recommended to mom. I do have a summary of my recommendations on the first page in case they do not want to wade through the rest.
