 spoke with TSA official in the airport today... milk and formula will  be 
allowed... issue with formula is that you can not bring powder and water...  you 
can bring powder and they will supply water... 
 
 I was also told that rules are subject to change daily... 
 
 Everyone I talked to about this was very nice ....
