Christy,

I would recommend a nipple skin culture and clean catch milk culture. She
could see a dermatologist, recent article in Academy of Breastfeeding
Medicine journal (?) I believe about dermatoscopy, done by dermatologists.

My other thought was oamer led to baby clamping, sliding and injuring her
nipples. Use strategies to assist with that.
