Hello Wise Ones

I work at a hospital that has limited LC support for in patient mothers. The postpartum nurses feel that all patients should be seen by an LC, and in an ideal world, I would agree. But we have 1 1/2 hour and 1 LC a day, so it just isn't possible.

We are looking for some sort of triage tool so we can cut down on the number of visits. (It breaks my heart, but seeing 10 people in a rush and not being much use to any of the 10, vs. seeing 4 and being able to really help makes sad sense :( )

Do any of you work with a triage tool and if so, please can you share it. Feel free to email me personally,

thanks,
Sonya
