Oh you forgot "if mom's nipples are falling off" .  I just "love" it when a 
dr tells a mom to just formula feed or pump and feed via bottle..  In my not 
so humble opinion, if baby can not latch comfortably then TT needs to be 
fixed!

A dr told my co-leader that (pump & feed via bottle) she told him she wasn't 
going to do that and found another dr who clipped.  The sad part is that 
most new moms aren't as informed or dedicated as a LLLL.  Pat in SNJ
