Hi,
Her TSH indicates she is Hyperthyroid, and needs furthur investigation.  I suspect her synthroid doses is too high, maybe she is having a post partum transient graves disease?  I see she doesnt have a t3 or a free t 3 level included in the thryoid panel.  What symptoms is she present with, if any?  Does she have an autoimmune disease, such as Hashimoto's?
