I use 2 capsules 4 times a day, or 3, 3 times a day, or 20 drops of the
tincture 4 times a day.  If the mother uses the tincture, warn her that the
bottle will say "not to be used by nursing mothers" because of the alcohol
in it (horrors!, the mother will get about 5 drops of pure alcohol 4 times a
day).
