I'd look for reflux. Respiratory sx or poor weight gain or obvious pain are
several of the reasons to medicate for reflux.  Saw a baby a week or so ago
at my LLL meeting who was arching when she tried to nurse, it hurt so bad.
Isn't that sad?  But let's blame it on the thin milk - that's REALLY sad.
