Piggy-backing on K Dettwyler's good questions for the mom who says she "has
to" go two two brfeeds/day, have you considered attachment issues?

I find often that those moms who, by all objective measurements, are doing
well with brfding but express doubts about the whole process, have
psychological issues that aren't being articulated.  It may be that she fears
involving herself in this wonderfully intimate relationship only to have to
leave it for work.  That's only one of a long list of things that may be
troubling her.
