Take out a Small Business Loan?
Mortgage or 2nd mortgage your house?
Wait for your rich uncle to will you his estate?
Other?

Compare / contrast medical office building vs strip center on busy street?
"I wish I had known (fill in the blank) before I started my PPLC."

Did anyone do this when you are the only one to provide health insurance
for your family through your HBLC employment?

read your ideas.

Yes, I have an am working through Linda Smith's book, The ABCs of Private
Practice. Looks excellent. But I'm still with the basics: all it takes is
$$$, right?
