I know of no research in this area but...I have seen topical vaginal estrogen
used to treat incontinance in the breastfeeding woman with no decrease in milk
supply. I think the rule of thumb would be...if you are going to try this, watch
the milk supply and if it starts to drop, back off on the estrogen.
