We just had this conversation at our LLL meeting this week about the
differences between cow milk protein sensitivity and lactose intolerance and
hidden sources of dairy. Also that it can take up to 2 weeks for all traces
of dairy proteins to clear mom's system. I think mother's should be made
aware that it is not realistic to evaluate the impact of eliminating dairy
after just the first 2 or 3 days.

Kellymom.com has a hidden sources of dairy handout that folds into a wallet
size card, her page also has helpful information about the differences
between cow milk protein sensitivity and lactose intolerance.
