I don't know of an IBCLC or special breastfeeding support group in
Tanzania, but I know Dr Sebalda Leshabari, who is a doctor at Muhimbili
School of Nursing in Dar es Salaam. See
http://son.muhas.ac.tz/index.php/profile?view=employee&id=30 where you
will find a address and phone numbers too. I met Sebalda many years ago,
and she is a wonderful breastfeeding proponent. The culture is really
geared towards breastfeeding in Tanzania, so it's likely that any nursing
sister, midwife or community sister would be able to help your client.

If your client contacts Sebalda, please send my salaams!
