According to Ross, the 1995 rates are:  59.7% in hospital; 21.6% at 6 months.
 They label their stats, "in hospital, 1 week, 1st month, 2nd month & so on,
so in actuality, their stats may not mean at the END of the 1st month, 2nd
month, 6th month, but at the beginning -- as soon as the baby goes into the
2nd month, 3rd month & so on.  I'm not sure how they interpret that....
