For some reason my computer would not open these links but maybe you will 
have better luck.  In 2004 the FDA warned against using domperidone because 
of a case where a woman (women) died from an IV dose of the drug.  It does 
have some cardiac related issues with it here is some web sites from the FDA
If you just google the word domperidone/FDA you will get the warning letter 
that all the pharmaices got as well as physicians.  If you read Nancy Wight's 
response to this you can see it is a real concern for physicans prescribing it.  
And why they choose not to.
