Had one mom who pumped for 9 months (!) for her baby with a cardiac
problem.  Baby grew normally.

I'll go out on a limb and say I do not believe that there is any essential
difference in pumped milk vs straight from the breast.  Maybe at an
individual pumping, but not over the total (average?).  But remember we
know that breastfeeding straight from the breast isn't the same at each
feeding, individual feeds can be and are different, but the total
(average?) is the same.

It is not a sound research principle to look at ONE of anything.
