  On a level head... pneumonia is viral in most instances as i
recall....therefore, even if mom had while baby could have been exposed with
mom... how did it get in the milk? survive there and transfer....

   The first i have heard of augmentation through the nipple.....is she
leaking colostrum?
if he implant is on top of the ducts ( i have seen this) engorgement can be
very severe and painful...( will she let you take a picture? educational
purpose... to show other lc's what to look for...)
