Maybe he's reading Human Milk in the Modern World, it says that "With a
successful let-down reflex, 90 per cent of the available milk can be
obtained by the baby in seven minutes or less (Boette 1974)."  Sounds like
a reference to foremilk, though, and it is from 1974.
