Enoxaparin is a low molecular weight heparin, but still too big to get into
the milk.  The "oral medication which she could take if she weren't
breastfeeding" (we will make you suffer if you insist on breastfeeding) is
probably warfarin.  It is perfectly compatible with breastfeeding.
