unfortunately, in my current world, 'not as effecient, need longer
times to feed, sometimes more feeds per day" is nearly synonamous with
"I will be bottle feeding"...after a brief attempt at breastfeeding
that was too hard, took too long etc etc.  Certainly not all....there
are the sling wearing, cue feeding moms who don't give a thought to
those things...and that's *awesome*.  But for the most part,
unfortunate as it is, breastfeeding has to fit into a lifestyle that's
already existing, versus the parents adopting a breastfeeding
lifestyle.

All the better reason to deal with known issues early on (where
parents are willing).
