Hello everyone,

My, I've done a lot of posting this week! I've just done an archive
search and come up dry. Got a very interesting call from a woman who has
weaned her son, now more than 2 years old. She is also now a single mom
and is considering implants as she doesn't like the fact that in her
words her breasts aren't perky and the skin in particular is puckered.
It's not my job to judge her. She was interested to know about the
potential effects of implants/augmentation/surgery. Once I explained
some of the risks to nursing in the future, she was interested to know
if there was stuff on the market that might firm up her skin. I recall
hearing ads on the radio for such products, but they sound like the come
from the same company who promise you can lose 15 pounds in 3 days. I
thought I remembered a cream that promised firmer breasts (not nipples),
which strikes me as less dangerous & invasive than going straight to
surgery. I went to my local Walgreens and found a supplement -- not a
cream - from a company I've never heard of that promises to augment
breast size and firm them up. I'm looking for all options, but something
topical seems the safest route, no?

Please don't let this be a discussion about the sexualization of breasts
or this woman's psychological profile, whatever it may be. I promised
her I would look into potential solutions to what she perceives to be a
problem, and would appreciate any suggestions you could supply.

Grateful to this wonderful resource,
