This is anecdotal, and probably not what you wanted to hear, but...
I had a man come to me a few yrs ago who induced lactation in himself thru
much pumping and estrogen patches--he was self treating and certainly an
unusual person--he actually wrote a paper on it at the conclusion of his
efforts and donated his milk to a milk bank for study.  He gave me the paper.
