If you live in Kansas or have friends/relatives, please have them contact their representations immediately to support the BF in public bill. HB 2284 will be on the senate floor for discussion and a vote THIS MONDAY, FEB. 13TH. If you have not already done so, please contact your senator and ask them to vote in favor of HB 2284.  To find your senator, simply go to  www.kslegislature.org.  There you can also find their office phone number. If you know your senator's last name, you can email them at last name here @senate.state.ks.us.  Remember, senators get 200+ emails per day, so please keep your comments brief, specifically asking  them to vote for the bill, citing the bill number (HB 2284). Since this is a public health issue, senators need to hear from men as well as women.  Please ask your husbands, fathers, grandfathers, employer, neighbor, etc. to write to their senators also.
