My only experience w/ a nursing child w/ teeth is personal. My children
learned early on that if they bit, the kitchen was closed. I gave them a
gentle reminder of "no, no" when they would bite the first time but the
second time I would close up shop. Needless to say, biting was a rarity even
during teething. This is how I council moms when they have questions about
teeth and biting. As parents, we are our children's role models and starting
discipline early (w/ love and kindness in our hearts) is invaluable.
