I have a friend whose sister-in-law just had her SEVENTH son in SEVEN 
years!!!  My friend's concern is that she never breastfeeds for very long, and 
ALWAYS give tea right from the start.  I'd do it over the phone, but if the 
woman has had no information whatsoever about breastfeeding, which is what 
it sounds like from my end, I think an in-person visit is in order.  She lives in 
the Ukraine.  Thanks.
