In the 2004 edition Sotalol is also known as Berapace. "An antihypertensive and beta-blocker" listed as L3.It has "low lipid solubility" and "is excreted in milk in high levels. "...concentrations in milk ranged from 4.8 to 20.2mg/L (mean = 10.5 mg/L) The mean maternal dose was 433 mg/day. Although these milk levels appear high, no evidence of toxicity was noted in 12 infants."
