I just spoke with a client of breastfeeding 8 month old. Her baby takes expressed breast milk at daycare while she is at work.
She is supposed to schedule a colonoscopy and a uterine biopsy.
Does anyone know if the preparation to clear the bowels required for the colonoscopy would necessitate her to stop breastfeeding?  Does the anesthesia still require pump and discard, if yes how many feedings?
I am assuming the uterine biopsy presents no issues for breastfeeding.
