You can find that information in BREASTFEEDING A GUIDE FOR THE MEDICAL
PROFESSION in chapter 4. Make sure you send information that talks
about the bioavalability of each of these items in the different
milks. As a wonderful doctor once said you can not measure something
by the some of its parts. If you take water for instance- it puts out
fires- it is made with H2O. If you take it apart 2-H and 1-O then you
have some of the most explosive and flammable ingredients known to
man. Calcium in a product that has been measured only by it's part
gives a piece of a very complicated picture.
