This question refers to the law in which country? In Australia, all workers are guaranteed breastfeeding or pumping breaks.

Kindly,

Subject: Pumping and the law

I have a mom questioning her rights to be given time to pump. She is a teacher which makes her a salaried employee. Everything we are reading states the protection is for hourly employees. The principal is telling her to figure it out. Are we missing something?
Thank You,Donna Goggin-Dolwick, BSN, RN,
