The plastic surgeon calls it constricted breast deformity. One thing I
want to point out is that the woman is 42 yrs old and had bf 2
children, like you said, 1 yr and 2.5 yrs. We do not know how her
breasts looked and felt prior to her pregnancies and lactations. She
may have been in her late teens, early 20's when she had her children?
She may have had early menopause.
If a brand new mom that I was working with had breasts with
characteristics like those in the photo, I would follow her very
closely. But this particular mom in the photo may have had quite a
different appearance and feel to her breasts in earlier life.
In my experience, very small or very wide-spaced or flaccid breasts
have often been associated with low milk production.
