Forgtive me if this has been posted or discussed - I'm having a problem with
my Lactnet mail being routed into my spam folder and so some of it is
deleted unread.  (gasp!)

But I recall the discussions around this issue several years ago in the well
publicized case where a woman was thought to have infected her breastfeeding
infant, and so weaned.
