Brewers Yeast is what we LLLL used to recommend in the 70's it is just a
potent B vitamin and should be fine.  Mother's used to swear by it.  I
remember adding powdered Brewers Yeast to scrambled eggs, and mixing it in
smoothies.  It should be good for all - certainly don't know of any harm.
