Yipee!  3:30 pm July 31 Gov. Ridge of PA signed a proclamation that was
written by the Pennsylvania Breastfeeding Coalition

The main ideas of this proclamation are:
1.recognition of barriers  to breastfeeding including lack of information and
commercial pressures
2.the empowerment breastfeeding provides mothers
3.World Breastfeeding Week
4. the importance of community support.
5.ENCOURAGE ALL CITIZENS TO LEARN  ABOUT AND DISCUSS THE VALUES OF
BREASTFEEDING.
