Can someone please enlighten me as to why domperidone is not prescribed in
the US? What are the risk factors that scare prescribers off? Are others in
its class prescribed in its place more readily? I have read about all the
different galactogogues, but have not heard of them being used much in
practice. What are you all seeing in standard practice? At what point in a
woman's care, is a prescription considered?
Thank you,
Laura
