This is probably a duhhh response but since baby wasn't nursing after birth, 
was she pumping adequately with a hospital grade pump.  Just got back from 
ILCA seminar and as you already know, if you don't stimulate soon after birth, 
milk is really compromised.  Just wondering how she was expressing after birth 
and was she using a hospital grade pump or hand expressing?
